Why it's for sale, and how it's been used
We bought this Sandpiper new in June 2025 to live in while we built a house. We picked the 388JW over everything else on the lot because it had the layout, ceilings and kitchen you'd want for living in full time.
Then the perfect house came up, already built. Nothing is wrong with the camper. Our plans just changed. We used it June through October 2025 and again mid-March to early May 2026, and that's all the use it has had.

Before you ask
It's a 43-foot bumper-pull with a hitch weight of about 1,800 lb and a GVWR of 13,803 lb, so plan on a 3/4-ton or 1-ton truck with a weight-distribution hitch. Most buyers set it up once on a lake lot or a seasonal site.
Many buyers hire a local RV transport service to move it and set it up. Ask in the form below and we'll talk through getting it to you.
Yes. You're welcome to bring an RV inspector, at your expense, before you buy.
We found our house and don't need it, and a private sale has no freight, prep or doc fees to pass along. We'd rather price it right and see it go to someone who'll use it.
Yes. Most banks and credit unions make RV loans on private sales. Get pre-approved before you come look, and you can buy the same day you fall for it.
